Jim Bakke – Board Member
James W. Bakke is President of James W. Bakke & Associates
which assists people with residential and mortgage related needs.
Jim has been married to his wife, Lori, for 21 years and have three
children Josh, Calea and Jordan. Jim is an Eagle Scout BSA and is
active in youth and young adult activities. He presently serves
on numerous business and non-profit boards as well as coaches a
number of soccer teams throughout the year. Jim and Lori are active
in their local church and are passionate about mentoring the next
generation of emerging leaders. |

Cheryl Buehring – Co-Team Leader, Conversations North American Tour Coordinator

‘Faithful, steady, sweet and wise’ – that is how
people who know Cheryl Buehring describe her. Following her years
as a missionary in Hawaii and Thailand with Youth With A Mission
(YWAM), Cheryl has spent the past two decades-plus giving of
herself as a wife and mother. During that time she also gleaned
much while serving as the wife of a pastor/leader, which she now
invests in mentoring young women and leader’s wives. She also
serves as Co-Team Leader and on point for hospitality with the Lionshare
Leadership Group and oversees much of the day-to-day duties
of OceanHill Communications. Cheryl is also an art school
grad, a regular guest at local shopping malls, and the best friend
to her husband, Dave. |

David Buehring – Founder & Team Leader, Board
Member
Dave is a devoted follower of Jesus. Over the last three decades,
he has spearheaded local, national and international organizations
and projects, using his communication gifts to teach/equip thousands
of people in hundreds of settings. He mentors emerging and seasoned
ministry/marketplace leaders in the ways of God, is an author, advisor
to leaders, and also a participant on Messenger Fellowship’s
leadership team. His background includes seven years with Youth
With A Mission (YWAM), nearly two decades of pastoring within
the local church, and receiving a Masters Degree from Regent University.
Dave and Cheryl reside in Franklin, Tennessee where they enjoy the
company of their two grown children, Ryan and Malia. Dave also likes
strolls with Cheryl in the beautiful autumn hills of Tennessee and
on the beaches of Hawaii (where they met and married), and Minnesota
Vikings football. |

Tom Buehring – Project Team: Producer, A Fireside
Chat
For more than twenty years, Tom's on-air versatility has provided
him opportunities in sports and news as an anchor, host and reporter
in Tampa, Seattle, Nashville and Fayetteville, Arkansas. During
that time, he has covered teams that have reached the NBA Finals,
MLB Championship and All-Star Games, NFL and NHL Playoffs and an
NCAA National Basketball Championship. He currently hosts several
programs for Catch 47 in Tampa that includes among other
things a weekly football show, a weekly baseball show with Fred
McGriff, and a nightly half-hour sports show. He also founded Studio
One – a credited training program and annual recipient
of regional and national awards for the University of North Dakota
– his alma mater. Tom looks for opportunities to support children
with diabetes – a disease he’s companioned since 1979.
He and his wife, Mindy, have three children and live in Clearwater,
Florida. |

Vicki Campbell – Staff: Administrator

Vicki Campbell’s desire in life is to fervently pursue and
honor God in everything she does. Her passion is to assist leaders
in their calling while helping others grow towards their God-given
destiny. Her roots are from Michigan and she was transplanted to
Tennessee to join the Lionshare Leadership Group staff
in February, 2007. She views her role as an opportunity to help
shape lives for Kingdom purposes. Vicki loves to travel, play in
her flower garden, is a passionate reader…and loves a great
cup of coffee! |

Bruce Heiser – Board Chairman
Bruce Heiser is the Sales Center Vice President for AT&T
Business Services. He presently has responsibility for all
of the Enterprise segment accounts in the state of Tennessee. His
role and responsibilities include the retention and revenue growth
of approximately $180,000,000. He serves as President of his own
real estate investment company that owns and operates real estate
across the country. His background includes playing and coaching
professional baseball in both the U.S. and Europe, and working in
the telecommunications field while living in Europe. Bruce has a
passion for emerging leaders and has led mission teams for several
years to Baja, Hungary, in order to train young adults to better
serve as leaders in their respective countries. He lives with his
wife, Cathy, in Brentwood, Tennessee. |

Cathy Heiser – Associate Staff: Worship
Cathy Carter-Heiser has had the tremendous privilege of traveling
to more than thirty countries – much of that while serving
over a twelve-year period with Youth With A Mission (YWAM),
spending nine of those years with Musicians for Missions
in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Cathy has a few recordings out including
her most recent one recorded in Nashville, entitled, So Long. She
is one of the worship leaders at her home church and continues to
remain involved in missions, leading teams in overseas outreaches
and teaching on worship. One of Cathy’s greatest passions
is mentoring young adult ladies, encouraging their leadership qualities
and the great potential that she sees in each one of them. She also
teams with her husband, Bruce, in their real estate investment company. |

Dinah Hodgson – Associate Staff: Leaders GetAway
Coordinator

While initially trained as a registered nurse, Dinah
has recently received her Bachelor’s degree in Christian leadership,
following many years of serving in a variety of leadership roles
within the local church. She is passionate about teaching, as well
as encouraging and supporting leaders. Dinah and her husband, John,
reside in Phoenix, Arizona and have traveled the world both recreationally
and on short-term mission teams in the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe,
Russia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Central America, and Australia.
They have three biological children, Matt, Chris, and Catie, and
an adopted son, Almad. |

Carol Johnson – Education and Technology Consultant
An active and diverse educator, musician, composer and arranger,
Carol Johnson teaches throughout Canada, the United States and Latin
America to help educate students and teachers in the areas of music,
music pedagogy and technology. She is currently working on her Doctor
of Music Arts in Music Education and has earned a Master of Music
in Saxophone Pedagogy from Belmont University and a Bachelor
of Education in music from the University of Alberta in Canada.
In addition to her teaching, she provides web design assistance
to organizations, speakers and musicians by helping them meet their
web presence needs. Carol is also the architect behind The Virtual
School of Music found at www.thevirtualschoolofmusic.com. |

Mike McAteer – Associate Staff: Director, Conversations
North American Tour

Mike McAteer was raised in Southern California and has been a rock
‘n roller since his pre-teen days. He has toured throughout
the USA and Europe in bands as a bass/lead guitar player, worked
as a producer and artist manager, served as a pastor and missions
mobilizer, and most recently has been a business leader within his
community. Mike’s greatest passion, however, has been that
of discipling and mentoring those God has brought in to his life,
allowing him to glean from his Masters work in biblical studies
and his own journey and adventures in life and leadership. Mike,
and his wife Liselott and their three children currently reside
in Mission Viejo, California. |

Deborah McMillan – Associate Staff: Prayer and
Personal Ministry
Deborah is a woman who is passionate for God and for people to experience
God’s purposes in their lives. Her years of working in both
the ministry and marketplace arenas have uniquely prepared and paved
the way for her to serve as a counselor, teacher and mentor to many.
She has often been a featured speaker for various churches and organizations
where she is able to share her life message of walking in freedom.
Deborah is the Founder and CEO of Garden Gate Ministries,
serves on staff with the Lionshare Leadership Group, and
is an associate with Messenger Fellowship. Deb, and her husband
Ben, reside in Cottontown, Tennessee where they enjoy their family,
which includes six grandchildren. |

Dan Sneed – Board Member
Following his many years of pastoring Foursquare Churches
in the Los Angeles area, Dan Sneed currently travels the world as
a Bible teacher and conference speaker, ministering to leaders,
while also advising numerous non-profits as a Board Member. His
clear and gentle prophetic gifting, along with an easy and excellent
teaching style – seen both in his speaking and writing –
make him a favorite wherever he goes. He is the author of a book
entitled, The Power of a New Identity. Dan often teams
with Lionshare to shape leaders at retreat-like gatherings
such as the Leaders GetAway and via leadership mentoring opportunities
like A Leadership Journey. Dan and his wife, Bev, live
in Thousand Oaks, California. |

Randy Tomko – Board Member
Randy has served as the Senior Pastor of Rockpointe Community
Church in Sterling Heights, Michigan for the last decade. Prior
to that role, he was the church’s Youth Pastor, then Associate
Pastor, over another ten-year span. Randy’s current role includes
leadership selection, chairing the Pastoral Management Team, Elders
and Trustees, directing the staff, establishing strategic goals
for the church, as well as preaching and teaching. Randy also functions
as a Board Member for Messenger Fellowship, an international
community of leaders. He, and his wife, Renee have two boys, Talieson
and Paxton. |

Victor Vanden Oever – Project Team: Marketing Director,
A Fireside Chat
Victor Vanden Oever founded and currently serves as the CEO of Cachet
Entertainment LLC, a Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Brand
Development solutions provider focusing on Christian and family-based
entertainment and ministry products, resources, services and events.
He also was a Founding member/shareholder, director and served as
the CEO of Providence Entertainment LLC, a pioneering motion
picture production and distribution company based in Los Angeles,
CA specializing in family-and faith-friendly films. Victor was also
instrumental in the success of The Omega Code, named #1
Limited Released Motion Picture of 1999 by the Hollywood Reporter.
He is married to his lovely wife, Jennifer, and they have a 30-month
old son, Parker. |

Dan Wothke – Web Designer and Consultant
Dan Wothke is passionate about many things – at the top of
the list is Jesus, his wife Naomi, children William and Aria, music,
media and communications. After getting his degree and serving for
a stint at a premier Nashville recording studio, he began to explore
and develop his skills and understanding in all areas of media and
communication: web, video, branding/graphic development which he
now uses to actively serve various ministries and businesses. Dan
also writes a regular House of Worship article for Pro
Audio Review and continues as a freelance engineer while now
running the gauntlet of all things media in his role as Media Director
at Belmont Church in Nashville, Tennessee. |
