The
Lionshare Leadership Group is cultivating a national community of spiritual
leaders and marketplace and organizational leaders that are actively involved
in disciple-making (D), mentoring (M) and coaching (C) to reference one
another for the purpose of relationship and teaming together to shape
leaders within the Dozen Domains
in the ways of God.
Our initial gathering in the summer of 2009 – Summit DMC – is on an invitation basis and is geared for those who are currently focused on leading disciple-making/mentoring/coaching efforts. This time together is 
meant to build friendships amongst like-hearted leaders and to seek the Lord and counsel with one another about a shared vision that could restore deliberate disciple-making within the ministry and marketplace arenas over the next decade – beginning in our own nation and then beyond.
Henry Blackaby (www.blackaby.org) and Winkie Pratney (www.winkiepratney.com / www.moh.org) will serve, among others, as ‘fathers in residence’ for our couple days of relating and strategizing. Their perspective, wisdom and experience will help guide us in our time seeking the Lord together.
