Disciple-making is reproducing the character, ways and mission of Jesus in those God brings around you, expecting them to multiply the same in others. It is deliberately passing on the things God has taught each of us about His ways regarding life and leadership. The neglect of not obeying this commission of Jesus (Mt.28:18-20) has often resulted in spiritually "thin" churches and a society "slim" of those leading out of godly character, wisdom and perspective.

Initiated in prayer in 2006 and launched and facilitated by the Lionshare Leadership Group, NetDMC is an expanding network of disciple-makers who lead throughout society where Jesus has appointed them to serve. Our belief is that there are a "Dozen Domains" within society where leaders serve in such a way that Jesus is glorified and people are honored and served.

Our NetDMC Mission

NetDMC is a relational-based mission-maximizing network aiming to cultivate multipliable disciple-making communities within the Dozen Domains of society. We accomplish this by teaming together to envision, equip and engage Jesus followers to obey His disciple-making mandate (Mt.28:18-20) where He’s appointed them to serve so that He’s glorified and people are honored and served.

Our Core Reference Points

Our Core Reference Points combine scriptural footings, shared values and operating principles that provide godly parameters for relating to and working with one another:

• Seeking first Jesus and His Kingdom
• Referencing the ways of God as revealed in the Scriptures
• Relating to one another out of mutual humility and honor
• Living life in the context of community where you are cheered and challenged
• Following the lead of the Holy Spirit and obeying in the Fear of the Lord
• Tending our God-given assignments while teaming to fulfill Jesus’ Matthew 28 Mandate
• Investing globally while engaging locally
• Pursuing Jesus being glorified

Currently, Domain Teams are being developed to facilitate strategic conversations regarding our decade-long 2020 Vision.  Our next gathering will be July 30-August 1, 2012 at Glen Eyrie, a ministry of the Navigators in Colorado Springs, CO.
