About Us

Our Vision

‘Shaping Leaders & Making Disciples within the Dozen Domains’

Our aim is to cultivate a different kind of leader: one whose primary reference point is a seasoned compass anchored in the ways of God; who walks with an attitude of humility and honor towards others; who lives and leads out of godly character, perspective and wisdom; who deliberately reproduces disciple-makers; and lives each day with a finishing well mentality.

Our aim is to cultivate disciple-makers and to envision, equip and engage disciple-making communities within the Dozen Domains. We aim to help churches serve as disciple-making hubs so they can effectively obey the command of Jesus to make disciples (Mt.28:18-20).

Our aim is to shape society and serve people through discipling godly leaders where God has appointed them. We believe that there are a dozen broad umbrellas – the Dozen Domains – that represent where people spend much of their lives working and that influence our communities, cities and countries. Leading in God's ways and with His purposes in mind, people will be blessed, at peace and fruitful. Leading out of selfish ambition, pride and greed results in people being discouraged and a nation in decline.

Each of these domains has their own God-given and distinct ‘strands of DNA’, which uniquely reveal His character and reflect:

Products, services and wisdom to bless others
God-given influence to shape and lead others
Relationships to enjoy and team with others
Strategic missions to be accomplished for others

Our NetDMC '2020 Vision' is: 'Teaming to reproduce one million disciple-makers as catalysts in domain transformation locally and globally'.
