If these questions resonate deep within you, we would like to invite you to a prayerfully consider joining us for a 12-week intensive that will reveal afresh to you God’s ‘big picture’ perspective of your life and leadership.

Leading a Focus Life is a 12-week course, Module Three of A Leadership Journey (ALJ).  Leading a Focused Life is available as an individual course for leaders that desire to gain a deeper understanding of how God develops them, taking in to account one's unique journey.  In the end a personal tool (A Focused Life Project) is created that can aid participants in cooperating with God through their personal 'seasons of life,' and can be used to serve and develop current and future leaders. A formal leadership position is not necessary to participate.

The Course Includes:

• Workshop Retreat – This 4 day/3 night gathering includes ALJ participants and begins the Focused Life Course. The retreat is a requirement for the course and will be held in Nashville, TN March 1-4, 2012.

• Materials – The material contained within the course will walk participants through the process of creating and developing their own personal time-line.  This gives valuable insight on how God shapes the life of the leader.

• March – May: Connection to the Lionshare Community - Participants will connect with the Lionshare Community of leaders online. This web-link hosts all audio teachings, PDF files and resources. 

• Leadership Pods – Monthly leadership gathering with ALJ Team Leaders which provide helpful group discussions along with life application of the materials covered.  Also a monthly conference call with Dave Buehring.

• A Focused Life Project - Participants will use what they have learned during this course to create a personal life and leadership time-line with components that highlight invaluable life and leadership perspectives. This project assists leaders to better understand and cooperate with God as He develops their life.  This leadership project is due on May 31, 2012.

Costs $695 for participants include access to all online downloads, Focused Life materials, a monthly conference call with Dave, as well as food, lodging and hospitality for the retreat.
