As we look around us today we observe many leaders not finishing well. The causes vary – an under-developed spiritual life, not relating well with others, sexual and financial misconduct, operating out of pride instead of humility, not knowing how to hear from God and walk in obedience, untended emotional wounds that cause havoc, etc. There is a shortage of mentors and a lack of understanding of the ways of God from the scriptures which apply to every godly man or woman regardless of where they have been appointed to serve.

A Leadership Journey (ALJ) is a nine month, three module and leadership mentoring opportunity for current and emerging leaders from all walks of life. Since its inception in 2003, this specialized course has included godly men and women, aged twenty to sixty, representing the The Dozen Domains. Many ministry and marketplace leaders have participated out of their desire to grow personally as a leader, to learn how to effectively lead out of godly principles and to understand how to live life to finish well. Module One ~ The Leader's Foundation Orientation: August 26-27, 2011 followed by a 12 week journey.

Cost:
